INSET Training A programme of personal and professional development The programme offers a number of effective techniques and strategies to increase personal health and well being, to achieve inner calm, to shift negative attitudes and improve relationships. These can be used on a personal basis, to support individual students in need, or for group training. Techniques taught include
The Trainer, Claire Finka, has previously worked as a secondary teacher, youth worker, and trainer. Currently she works within a number of schools in Sheffield, both primary and secondary running courses for pupils and training for staff. She provides courses for the Sheffield City Achievement Plan, and INSET days. Claire is also a qualified yoga teacher running classes for North East Derbyshire and in schools by request.
