How has the peace group helped?

It calms you down or handles your problems………..Even my mum likes peace group and what its done for me………Since peace group if somebody teases me I just ignore them because   I’ve been doing relaxation, it really works for me”

Rebecca

  • “I’m getting on better in numeracy because we talked about it. I said my affirmation “I get stuck in and it’s fun”.
  • When I get angry I can go on the back garden for 5 mins and look at nature.
  • I do my relaxation that helps me to go to sleep easyer and wake up earlier.
  • I have been saying to myself (when I’m not sure if my friends are lying ) I can trust them, that helps a lot.”


Owen

  • “I like it last week when we went to the park and it made me happy. I am going to bed earlier so I can get up earlier and not be tired”

Emily

  • “Peace group has changed my sleeping.
  • It has changed my attitude towards my friends.
  • It has helped me achieve my drawing skills.
  • It has made me feel a lot more relaxed with other people around me.
  • I have been practicing the special wash before bed and it has made me feel a lot more relaxed and all ready to go to bed and when I get up in the morning I do the relaxation and I have been a lot more calmer.”
