Managing Exams Stress

Almost everyone experiences some nervousness before exams such as butterflies in the stomache, worrying thoughts and pressure to perform. However, some people get over anxious which can lead to reduced potential and poor performance.

Peace Foundation Network offers workshops to students to assist them in managing this stress leading up to exams. This enales them to feel more positive, relaxed and better equipped to be able to do their best. We tailor workshops to meet the needs of the group and can also offer individual support if required.
