- Single or double lesson – whole class possible – group of 12 -16 preferred
- Key focus – health and well being
- Content – relaxation techniques including breathing, meditation, visualisation, sleep advice and work with affirmations.

7 week Juniper programme – small group work 6 – 8 students
- Focus – Inner peace, peace with others, peace with the environment.
- Reduces stress levels, improves self confidence and relationships with others
